FCClient ERROR Cannot communicate with the server

What does the log means, where did it come from?

/var/log/fb_collector.log

2015-03-04 11:16:42.486 FCClient WARNING Cannot communicate with the server (retry=3, URL='/fcRest/services/keepalive').

2015-03-04 11:16:45.491 FCClient ERROR   Request ERROR: Max communication retries (3) with the server has reached (status:503).

2015-03-04 11:16:45.491 FCClient ERROR   Cannot communicate with the server (status=503). Therefore, all running services will be stopped.

2015-03-04 11:16:55.492 FCClient WARNING Cannot communicate with the server (retry=1, URL='/fcRest/services/keepalive').

2015-03-04 11:16:58.494 FCClient WARNING Cannot communicate with the server (retry=2, URL='/fcRest/services/keepalive').

2015-03-04 11:17:01.498 FCClient WARNING Cannot communicate with the server (retry=3, URL='/fcRest/services/keepalive').

Is there a relation  to fca (fabric collector accelerator) ?

/etc/init.d/fca_managerd status

Using FCA_HOME=/opt/mellanox/fca

fca_manager is stopped

If fca_manager is started the messages above occur also.
