We don't require to have such a service as we have currently have much better alternatives.
Today,evaluating UFM can come in many flavors. including installing it as a monitoring only software on top on one of your servers, and even installing it on a VM on your own laptop getting real time data from your IB network. of course that everything is done without anything disruptive to your fabric.
